How to Register
The product will be registered before being sent to the customer. If additional buttons or alarms are purchased, they need to be registered separately
Q:Can the entire alarm be submerged in water?
A: The alarm and button are both IP55 waterproof, suitable for daily use, but cannot be completely submerged in water. Customers have placed alarms under the eaves, and feedback has shown that they can withstand the test completely.
Q: How easy is the installation process?
A: The installation process is straightforward and easy according to customers. The product comes with clear mounting instructions and adhesive tape for simple setup.
Q: Can siren sound be adjusted?
A: YES.After powering on，short press the "volume" key to adjust the volume to be 0dB,80dB,100dB or 120dB.(default:120dB)
Q: How many panic buttons can it pair with?
A: The siren can pair with up to 20 buttons, including buttons and remotes. This provides flexibility in setting up the alarm system.
Q: Does the panic alarm have infrared detection and networking functions？
A: Infrared detection and networking functions may cause signal transmission to be insensitive. In order to ensure signal transmission without delay, the alarm does not have these two functions.

If a package did not arrive in 4 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as Lost. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded.
