Fraud Prevention
To prevent fraudulent activity, we double-check all account details—especially when the shipping address differs from the billing address. If you are a new dropshipping customer, please make sure your PayPal account is verified.
Returns & Customer Service
If your customers experience any technical difficulties or wish to return goods, they must first contact you as the taoctee account holder and the vendor of their purchased goods.
You are responsible for handling your customers' returns and forwarding any relevant information to us.
Taxes & Duties
Please note: any import taxes incurred must be paid to the courier upon delivery. When using dropshipping, your customers will be expected to pay these taxes.
It is your responsibility as the taoctee buyer/dropshipping vendor to understand all applicable taxes and inform your customers in advance. taoctee accepts no responsibility for providing tax information relevant to your country, although we will do whatever we can to help you minimize the tax burden if you provide special packing or declaration instructions.
