Tracking Information

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking details. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

Lost Package Policy

If a package does not arrive within 4 weeks after the shipping date, it will be treated as lost. In this case:

• We will ship a replacement package to you, provided the same items are available.

• If the same items are unavailable, we will offer similar items or a full refund, whichever you agree to.

• If neither the same nor similar items are available, you may cancel the order entirely, and we will issue a full refund including shipping and handling costs.

Return & Exchange Policy

General Return Conditions

At taoctee, returns are easy! We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return.

Return eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

• Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return.

Return Reason 1: No Quality Issues (Changed Your Mind)

If you wish to return a product with no quality-related issues:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless otherwise stated).

Return Reason 2: Quality Problems

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the warranty period.

• Warranty period:

• one year from the date of receipt of the product (excluding cases of accidental damage, water damage, etc.)

• If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will offer:

  • Exchange for a new item

  • Repair service

  • Replacement components

• We will cover all shipping fees for quality-related returns.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order, stating:

   • The reason for return

   • Your order number

2. Pack the item securely with the original packaging and all accessories.

3. Ship the package using a trackable method and provide us with the tracking number.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange, repair, or refund accordingly.
